Mechanic Guesses

On my 2014 ford f150 4wd stx with a v8 engine when im driving and turn right i have a high pitch squelling from front diver side wheel area it does it sometimes when i give it gas and also turn left.

I replaced the IWE vacuum actuator lines and actuator hubs, I replaced the front right and left wheel bearings, I replaced the front right and left rotors, calipers and brke pads, I replaced the right and left cv axle.

Any Mechanics have any guesses?
