Been waiting for 52 years. 2 freeze thaws simmered for 24 hours with 3 pulls and a french press. Still tates like ass 1 kg mixed bridge mid cuts. Syrian rue and enigma chocolate as plan C. Lol. Cheers

2 kgs frozen then peeled. Going to simmer for 24 hours if i can wait that long. My first time trying this. Any suggestions?
