I’m prone to skin cancer. .I’m looking for the highest UV protection possible while still maintaining good visibility at night. I only care about UV filtration; heat rejection is not important. 

Is a nano-ceramic the way to go? If so, which brand is the highest quality? 

I'm focused on the front driver side window but may do the windshield also. How dark can I safely go on the windshield vs side window and still have good visibility?
