Today my first two orders had glitches. On the first order, I scanned the customer’s driver’s license twice, and the app seemed to move to the delivery completion screen, but then it suddenly asked for the customer’s ID again. I already felt uncomfortable asking for it a third time because of the app issues, so I had to contact support. For the second order, there were two deliveries. A woman came out to receive her bookshelf, but she was confused because it was in a box. She said she had paid for assembly. I explained that I was not aware of any assembly service — I just purchased what was on the list and delivered it. I had to cancel that order. Then I went to the second delivery. When I arrived, an elderly woman asked where the rest of her order was. I showed her in the app exactly what I was given, and I delivered that: 3 lemons, 1 avocado, and 2 bottles of vinegar. She insisted that this was not the full order. The order was placed by her son. In the end, the app canceled the order, and the woman refused to return the items. I had to contact support three times, which took about 3 hours, and I was extremely stressed. Now I’ve been waiting for a new order for over 2 hours 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
