I rarely post things like this, but this experience honestly left me frustrated.

I went through a hiring process where I signed multiple documents, including an NDA, and invested time taking everything seriously. After that, they told me they would send a pre-project test, which never arrived.

A lot of emails with different people every time, no clear point of contact.

It’s disappointing to see such a lack of organization and professionalism, especially after expecting a structured process from the start. I have a lot of experience as a data labeler.

Respecting candidates time shouldn’t be optional.
