It's a 4 bed/4 bath at Verve. The unit I'm looking to sublet is a bedroom with a detached bathroom. I'm asking for around $1000-1100 for rent. It's fully furnished. I currently pay around $1,400 for rent so you will get a decent discount. There will be 1-2 other female roommates over the summer, so it likely won't be at full capacity. Verve has great amenities, a pool, gym, yoga room, study spots, and more.
