Expecting an imporant delivery today, and wake up to see the delivery is delayed and they wanted to deliver it tomorrow.

I tried calling them to see if I can go pick it up today because it's important and saves them the hassle, but they've said they've not scanned it and don't know where it is.

From the screenshots, I'm getting conflicted information... one part of their website says they've got it, the other page says they've not received the consignment but didn't originally say that this morning???

Never thought a delivery company could be as bad as Hermes/Evri 🤡

Unable to speak to the sender either because Starlink give you an AI bot that says to speak to DHL and DHL have a similar thing in place... what a nightmare.

Had to take the plunge with Starlink due to constant issues with broadband at home.

After oo-ing and ah-ing for a while, I placed my order. Now when I've visited the website in the past, you had to pay for equipment and installation.

It's now saying its rented equipment which I have no problem with. But, professional install is free? I'm confused because I thought it costs £75? That's what I saw on their website when I placed the order, but now on the app it's saying its included with the order.

Any advice would be great because I've got a local guy who can do it for me for £150 if costs get ridiculous which I've seen in the past in excess of £600....

TIA
