Hello! What is everyone’s set up for removing tonsil stones? Specifically, how are you able to see into your mouth?

I’m currently holding my phones flashlight in one hand aimed into my mouth, and poking around with my other hand, but I’d like to use both hands to help me dig around better.

Anyone have any helpful tips? I’m thinking of bringing in a desk lamp with adjustable neck to aim into my mouth but if there’s an easier way to see, let me know!
