wonder if anyone made the switch from Accounting to the Finance industry?
How did it go in terms of transitioning, pay, certs, jobs roles, etc.
Thinking about making the switch a little down the road and would love some insight.

I found these holographic cards I collected back in the early 2000s and was wondering if anyone could give insight on prices it could possibly go for
Some of the cards aren’t in perfect condition (Charizard has a small crease on one of the corners) but most of them are held up nicely.

last night while doom scrolling my life away (per usual) I made the sudden decision to delete all my social apps (Reddit excluded).
apps consist of - instagram, twitter, and facebook. I did take a break from social media about two years ago and managed to stay off for 6 months.
I desperately need a break and brain/mental reset. I wanted to make a post on here to keep myself accountable and give updates. Also, I’m here to chat if anyone is going through the same issue and wants someone to listen.
social media can be so toxic, especially when you start comparing your life to others.
remember - comparison is a thief of joy. pick up your own pen and write your own story. Also, social media is a lie and you never know what’s going on behind closed doors. Most people will post the things they want you to see.
