Ajazz Ak820 Pro Battery doesn't charging problem
I bought this keyboard two months ago and installed the official AJAZZ AK820 Pro Windows ANSI driver from here here. However, starting last week, the keyboard stopped charging and now refuses to work unless it is plugged in. I am using the original charging cable that came in the packaging. Additionally, the battery indicator seems to be malfunctioning: when connected via the 2.4GHz receiver, it shows 0% battery, but when connected via USB, it immediately shows 100%. How can we resolve this?
