I’m curious what other methods are out there.
What we do is do all the scraping as necessary then power wash the house. After we wash we let it sit and dry for 3-4 days with no rain.
After dry, we do all the priming, caulking and masking needed for the project.
Let the primer dry until the next day and begin our top coats.
Does this sound like a good method, or am I doing too much?
