I bought a case and cooler for 250 dollars and FedEx repeatedly attempted to deliver a package that requires a signature to my gated property without a delivery timeframe. After those attempts FedEx shipped it back to NZXT without warning. I contacted NZXT support regarding this because it had at that point been weeks since I should've recieved my order and now it was being completely shipped back.

Support said they could reship it for me and I was happy, then after no follow up and my order being at their warehouse for 4 days I asked when it would be shipped back, only to be told they actually can't ship it back and I'll need to get it refunded. So, I said okay please refund it and they said 3-6 business days for a refund and they'll follow up. It has been 16 days and still no refund and no follow up and I'm starting to think I'm never going to get a refund.

I bought the items on sale and now I'll have to re buy them at full price but at this point I don't think it's even worth it to buy from NZXT because I've been waiting on a refund for weeks and trying to get updates from support is like pulling teeth. What does it take to finally get my money back?

TLDR; FedEx didn't deliver my order and shipped it back to NZXT, NZXT support hasn't been very helpful and I'm still waiting on a refund weeks after being told it would take 3-6 buisness days. I just want my money back.
