Hello, this is my first time building a chevy 350. After taking the heads off i noticed a blotch on the block mating surface. Anyone seen this before? Is this a crack?

Also I tried my hand at stone honing the cylinders. Do you all think its time to take it to the machine shop? Thank you for your knowledge friends
