a minor win but still worth sharing

i just spent the entire morning focused on one task without getting sidetracked once. it was a simple errand, just grocery shopping, and it felt amazing. i know my adhd brain is always up to something, but today i managed to resist all the temptations (social media, phone notifications, etc.) and just get things done.

i have to admit, this small victory feels huge right now because it's a rare occasion for me. most days, i'm lucky if i can stay on task for 10 minutes without getting distracted. so even though it wasn't a big accomplishment, it was still something i felt accomplished about and it's definitely boosted my mood.

has anyone else out there had similar experiences where they actually managed to focus and get stuff done?
