Does my portfolio look okay

Hi,

I'm pretty new to investing and have recently set up an s&s ISA. I'm just wondering, do my portfolio allocations look okay? I'm aiming for diversification, and growth potential over the long term (around 30 years). I plan on gradually de-risking with REITs, bonds, and possibly gold about 10-15 years from retirement. Does this all sound okay?

Also, do I need to rebalance my portfolio whilst it is 100% equities?
