I have a buddy who does HVAC who helped me pick a amana unit M# ALXT7C3610A, I also had a gentleman come out and give a quote who said that the two stage units are getting phased out and recommended a amana S series M#AXV6SS3610A. I like that the S series can be at whatever % of power it wants to be at compared to the two stage where it’s 100 50 or 0. But the EER on the two stage is better.
