I’ve been looking into Roblox recently and I actually think the company is moving in the right direction despite all the negativity around the stock. It feels like they’re shifting focus toward profitability, improving cash flow, and building a more sustainable platform rather than just chasing growth at any cost.
The user base is still massive, engagement is strong, and if they can continue targeting 18+ individuals there’s definitely a path back to stronger financials. To me, this looks more like a transition phase than a broken story.
Personally, I’m interested in starting a position under $40/share as I think that offers a decent risk/reward if sentiment turns. Curious what others think is this a value opportunity on a beaten down growth stock, or are there deeper issues I’m missing?
