Context: Got given a Letter yesterday at 8 pm for an Investigation meeting (was 24h notice), I have never been investigated before so not sure what the process is and I was very panicked but as of now I’ve had my Meeting that has gone to a Disciplinary but I was refused a Rep for my investigation meeting as I wasn’t in the Union but I explained from 8pm when I was handed my letter I didn’t have enough time to join the union AND find a rep but it was still refused now it’s gone to Disciplinary and I’m worried I’m gonna get fired, I’m filled with anxiety and genuinely not okay to be at work. What can I do?? I feel this wasn’t handled correctly at all. Edit: The allegation was Unauthorised extension of Break
