Weapons Controller E7 wedgetail

Doing some research for OASC

On the RAF website it does say after the initial weapons controller tour you could.go on the E7 wedgetail

  1. Would this then mean that control officers become WSOs

  2. Are there any other roles that weapons controllers take up in the E7 other than mission crew? As it's rather vague I don't really understand what It means by mission crew

3.as a control officer on the E7 will you be in command of weapon controllers (sgts) or is that different role

  1. Do weapon control officers have any command responsibilities when working on E7 wedgetails?

Weapons control officer Vs air traffic control officer

I've gained an understanding of the roles of both of them

I have some questions about how often each specialism goes on operations, and has the option and ability to go overseas.

Also what are the long term career prospects other than the obvious air traffic control on the civilian side

So long story short I am in the last year of my a-levels and I'm planning to start a job in July time. The two jobs in question job one is a part-time job at a care home at the care home coordinator that is operated by a private health group. The second job which is job two is in leisure and it is a membership manager full time at a place I already work at. Are they casual lifeguard and swim teacher so,

I am planning on moving out from my mother's house due to a multitude of different reasons. I've already said yes to job a as I didn't think that I got an interview from my current job for Job 2. However, I received an interview for job. Two job two pays considerably more and give me stability which is needed as I am going to be 18 and moving out and the pay is quite a bit above minimum wage and will help me a lot. However I've already said yes to job 1 over the phone I haven't signed anything and in the process currently just going through references

I don't know if this is relevant but job one has always responded late to emails and taken a lot of time. And if I want to rent a place job one give me enough that I'll be able to do a very bad house share. But job two give me enough that if I'm lucky I might be able to get my own unfurnished or furnished apartment. I don't want to come off as an a****** but I'm prepared to do it. If it's something that I need more understand that this would be a very bad look. If I said yes to the job over the phone and then say no that I found something better. I'm not due to start at job a until July time so if I receive the results of job too before then how would that affect things?
