I decided to apply to some mercor work for extra cash and got this offer. Seems too good to be true. Thoughts?

Outlier just kicked me off the project

I was working on the Aether project since early April, and was giving me a significant amount of cash on the side. Yesterday morning they randomly kicked me off. I am upset.
