Hi. I have a gross income of 30,000 + a month (basic around 25k) and will complete 2 years in the same company on June 3rd. My current emirates ID is valid till 21 June.
I plan to apply for the golden visa. Are the salary requirements currently 30k basic or 30k overall?

Also can I apply for the GV now itself or do I need to wait till the 3rd of June? Ind not want my employer to renew my visa and want to get my golden visa and cancel my employer visa before it's up for renewal.

I'm also in a freezone (TECOM). Will I need a freezone NOC?

Can someone please guide me? Thanks in advance.
