I had my late cancellation fee waived 3 weeks ago when I was on the two week unlimited membership. I am now upgraded to a monthly unlimited membership and just had to late cancel my class again. Because monthly unlimited members get their first late cancellation fee in a 30 day period waived, I was wondering if the 30 day period reset when I began my monthly unlimited membership? I’m essentially just asking if I’ll get charged or not.

Is it also possible to contact the studio and provide reasoning to get your late cancellation fee waived?

I booked a class later today, but I also want to go to an earlier class today. However, I know that we can’t double book on an unlimited membership. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can attend the earlier class without my second class getting canceled and charge me?
