Matcha help needed!
I’ve been trying to purchase MK matcha off of the official website and understand that their restocks are random. I’ve read about the timings of their restocks. What is the best time frame to ensure I can get my hands on some authentic MK matcha?
What are the best types of MK that you all would recommend? I’ve seen Wako, Isuzu, and Kinrin being hyped up, and it seems like people aren’t too satisfied with the Aorashi. For background, I prefer drinking matcha as lattes with oat milk. I really like Ippodo sayaka. I don’t want anything too bitter or seaweed-y/fishy and with little to no astringency. Prefer bold, but smooth and somewhat sweet if possible.
If I can’t get MK from the direct website in Japan, is Luna matcha website or Nara tea website trustworthy?
I heard YK matcha is very seaweed-y. Any recommendations on YK matcha that is good for lattes and not bitter or fishy?
