Genuineness Question

Hey peeps, I’ve gotten some legal consults in and still not feel super confident so would like some opinions.

Most posts here have years of living together, kids, etc - still having a hard time. Some lawyers/agents have told me it’s pretty common for short relationships/arranged marriages to get a partner visa, a lot of people on working holiday visas do it and have been successful. But I’m afraid I might be getting optimistic advice from a business. Has anyone heard of cases of short relationships?

I was only married for 4 months before the relationship ended due to a police applied IVO. I’ve managed to find backups of daily text messages going back nearly a year showing a romantic relationship prior to marriage alongside other 4 pillars evidence.

A free service I contacted like a year ago did warn me that the length might be an issue - but at the time I didn’t have much supporting evidence due to my partner erasing everything. (The backups have him threatening me that if I tried to invoke DV provisions he’s gonna tell home affairs that our relationship was a sham) but they also suggested a protection visa, which is clearly a very bad idea - so unsure of their credentials.

The DV evidence is extremely strong - Final IVO, Police investigation, confessions of assault over text, couples therapist emails, recordings, etc. I just need some guidance on the genuine relationship evidence - what kinda messages/pics do they look for? Like romantic/daily chores/planning life.

Edit - Partner Visa was applied for during the relationship, but not granted before it ended
