Hi everyone. I just had my first ultrasound this week and am looking for some reassurance. This is my first pregnancy, I got pregnant my second cycle since getting my IUD out so I don’t know typical cycle length but I tracked my BBT very closely with my oura ring and natural cycles. Based off this I know o ovulated about two weeks late so even though based on LMP I was about 8 weeks based on ovulation conception I was tracking myself at 6+3 when I went in. On transvaginal ultrasound pregnancy was in the uterus she saw the yolk sac, fetal pole measured 58 mm which she said lines up with 6+3. She saw the flicker of a heart beat but couldn’t measure by Doppler and visually count. The ultrasound report says “+FCA but faint, could not measure by Doppler” I’m going back next week for a follow up ultrasound when I’ll be 7+4 for a more definitive answer. She said this could be a non viable pregnancy or that embryos don’t necessarily follow a strict timeline. I’ve been driving myself crazy with all the possible scenarios and just looking for reassurance. Is it not a good sign I’m measuring exactly on the timeline o assumed? I’m just terrified because I feel like she should have been able to get a heart rate at almost 6 mm so I know 7 mm is the cutoff… any advice is appreciated so I don’t completely spiral
