been struggling for years,

hey i have been struggling for years on this addiction, it just disgusts me but that 5 seconds huge pleasure is what makes me do more and more i disobeyed allah so much im a really displince Muslim i pray all my prayers + shaf3 wutur and zuha

i really like my relegion i like allah a lot but the way i do this is very disgusting give me anything that can make me quit please. even if its really hard because this addiction destroyed me. i always forget which rukuu im in 3 or 4 ? i just add another one ( almost every prayer ) because i cant focus on salah if you have any advice even if it's really hard I will do anything. please.
