I try to eat healthy foods and so much information exists and is published regularly about the importance of avoiding ultra processed foods…I must confess I googled “what are ultra processed foods” hoping my favorites aren’t on there lol. I’d say about every second day I start craving something really delicious of dubious nutritional value.
I do not meal prep. I usually make simple but nutritious meals for my family like about 99% of the time, but lots of times I don’t eat what they eat (aka meat). Sauces are my weakness like tzatziki, toum, green goddess and don’t even get me started on hot cheese dip. My strategy is to avoid them at all costs.
