I’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work. My i7-13620H processor runs at 4.8 GHz with a temperature of 48°C and 10W power consumption while idle. However, as soon as I start a game, the clock speed drops below the base frequency to 2.4 GHz, and power consumption doesn't go above 20W. After spending five hours tweaking the settings, I managed to push it to a maximum of 25W, with temperatures staying around 80–85°C. The voltage also drops when I launch a game. The laptop is brand new, not pre-owned, and I am using the original power adapter. Using ThrottleStop and MSI afterburner.
