Please help! For reference I am in North New Jersey.

This is the second bug I’ve found amongst my clothes that have been washed. I found this particular one in a set of clothes that I washed with hot water the night before. I found a third one that looked like this crawling near my dogs blanket and found what looks like a small bite on her stomach. I haven’t found anything attached to me and do not believe whatever bit her was attached as she is frequently pet on her stomach and rolls around a lot.
