hello guys, can you guys let me know or give any advice what to do to "forget" or how to heal after a breakup? we broke in November, we were in relationship not even a year, and I am still struggling with my thoughts. I am so scared I will miss her much longer than I know her, like for some time I am pretty good, but then suddenly my mood goes down for days, and I am still thinking about her. I cannot talk with other girls, it doesn't help, I don't even feel any attraction from others.... maybe some other Redditors will use it in future too.
