Buying Accounts

I just discovered G2A and have been loving it, but I have one issue. I recently bought an account from TitanGames for Only Up, but when I visited the website I was directed to, I was left with nothing. It had me login with a few different credentials like my order number and email, but I was then met with an image that said I had purchased a subscription (of which I was not aware) and was not provided with the account details. Am I missing something? Is this normal? What should I do?
