Hi guys,

Looking for some advice/support here.

I've been on Tracker since I had a smart meter installed in early 2024, and it's always worked out more cost effective as I have a now 4 year old and we eat at the peak times for high prices in the Agile slots.

I've checked my compare app today and it's coming out that Agile April 2026 is significantly cheaper now (potentially because of the 3.5p discount but also the prices overall seem to drop in April time)

Since my daughter is now in nursery, almost Reception and shes tired most of the time after we get home between 2-3pm, we've been eating earlier between 3.30-4.30pm. I also share her 50/50 and I've been barely using the oven since getting myself the Ninja Crispi.

The Compare App is saying the last 30 days would have saved me a significant amount, and based on a 3 month saving (even though it wasn't available 3 months ago) I could / would have saved around £45 (£108 costing on Tracker, equivalent on Agile is £62)

So, is it finally time I make the jump and switch over? My only "risk" here is the 9 month Tracker block, but I guess of Agile goes crazy, I can move to a Flexible tariff

I posted in here a little while ago about my absolutely neglected garden and what can I do to make it better - I got lots of good suggestions and thought I'd do an update.

I used the idea of getting decking tiles and using gravel for some of it as well, I do intend on extending the gravel area a little bit on the side as I will be putting a storage box there to store my items for the winter so it's slightly too small right now.

It's not quite finished as I do need more gravel and the tiles. I could do the gravel for the full area as I can't cover the manhole, but I'm in the process of removing the soil patch on the other side of the steps so the bins can go there.

I do end up spending over budget but it is what it is to be happy. I bought Clematis, an Acer tree, Lavender and a few other plants. I do plan on getting more but some that love shaded area and I did also DIY my own water fountain using the old soil from the patch for the prop pot.

I do want to get a garden sofa eventually as it'll be nice, it turns out the brick wall does get some sun when it's very sunny.

1 & 2 are the makeovers (obviously), 3 is the old garden I used in the original post
