We stayed at a hotel and i noticed this on my husband after we got home and brought our luggage in our home. Help ease my mind ?

I stayed in a hotel this past weekend. We came home yesterday night like 1 am. My husband has these bumps on his elbow.

While we were there all of our luggage sat on a desk.

When we came home..
he brought the bags in they stayed in the kitchen over night. After I seen them I immediately started washing everything then into the dryer. I have covered all the furniture in my house and around the bases in diatomaceous earth and sprayed alcohol on everything.
Is this bed bug bites?
If so what else should I do ?
