She has these clamped edges on top I wonder if it is fin rot? I checked the edges of these plants before placing them and they are not sharp at all. There is a constant filter pump running, pic in the 4th photo. She didn't have any proper filtration before. If it is fin rot, or she is unhealthy how can I treat her?

Tank size : 7~9 gallons Heater : No. Filter : Yes Water change : weekly 25-35% Tank mates : 3 Malaysian trumpets Feeding : daily eagle Betta plus small pellets (4-6) weekly eagle freeze dried tubifex worms Plants : there are a couple of floating plants and 4 artificial plants (all have non sharp edges)

While my weekly water change I just use tap water sat down for a day. I haven't started using any prime.
