Hi everyone,
I’m having a serious issue with my PC and I’m completely stuck. My computer is trapped in a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) loop. Every time I turn it on, it boots for a few seconds, crashes, and restarts again endlessly.
Before, I was still able to access recovery options / Safe Mode (or at least get into the advanced startup menu), but now it’s completely impossible. I can’t reach anything anymore — it just keeps looping through crashes immediately.
I’ve already tried a lot of things I found online, including different startup and recovery methods, but nothing has worked so far.
What I’ve tried:
Restarting multiple times
Waiting through the boot loop
Attempting to access recovery / Safe Mode (worked before, but not anymore)
Various fixes found online, but no success
Now I’m completely blocked and can’t access Windows at all.
Most importantly, I really want to keep my files if possible, since I have important data on the drive and I’d prefer not to lose everything.
My questions:
Is there any way to break out of this loop when recovery/Safe Mode is no longer accessible?
Could this be a hardware issue at this point?
Is there any way to reinstall Windows without losing my files?
Any help or guidance would really be appreciated. I’m stuck right now.
