Hi all. I will be graduating next week with my masters and as part of my celebration plans, my parents are throwing me a party on that Saturday. My family (cousins) will be there, significant other, and 3 or so friends. I am also planning to go to the spa that Friday and have a brunch at a nice restaurant on that Sunday with immediate family.
My mom bartends at a club with an older crowd and she got us a section there. She’s also preparing to decorate it and make it special.
Where I need advice: I don’t know how to dance. I have a bubbly, happy go lucky personality for the most part and I love people, so I am excited to celebrate with everyone and I know others are excited to come out and celebrate with me but I am afraid I will be awkward. The party sounds like fun but how do I socialize and present myself for a party thrown for me? Do I dance? Do I walk around? What do I do? lol
