you’re looking at the side of the engine block (I can see the Ford casting mark) and that small round tube sticking out is a coolant passage/port—usually where a heater hose nipple or fitting is supposed to connect.

I’ve already changed the water pump/pulley/tension belt last month been working fine since yesterday.
