Cyberpunk 2077 completely unplayable with 7900xtx

Cyberpunk 2077 completely unplayable with 7900xtx

Description of Original Problem

Been running into the same issue pretty much for months on end since buying this gpu, runs every other title absolutely fine, no frametime issues or driver timeouts, but cyberpunk seems to crash on any driver version I try to roll back to. The last reported stable version i could find doesnt even let me launch titles like battlefield, marathon and the finals. so rolling back just isn't an option.

sometimes the drivers will timeout and reset my tuning settings, other times it wont even get past starting the process before "flatlining".

I'm starting to think it's just a windows issue, seriously considering switching to linux, i hear amd drivers are a fuckton better on linux, just ridiculous that i cant play a game i've spent 75 quid including dlc on a previous gen flagship gpu, at this point i dont know what else i can do to get this working, i can feel my hairline fucking peeling back with rage.

Troubleshooting

deleting my config and verifying files on steam will get me to the menu and let me actually load into a save, albeit with raytracing enabled which i do not want. but after tweaking some settings It will proceed to crash again, this usually happens when I'd turn all raytracing settings off (???) but now its indiscriminant.

I've tried a fresh install of windows, a bios update, rolling back with DDU, tried all different upscalers alongside dropping to TAA, I've never modded the game since reinstalling windows.

hyperthreading is enabled, as is XMP & hardware accelerated scheduling, I'll include the crashlog in a google drive link, wouldn't be surprised if that gets this post automod-deleted, someone might know what to look for, shot in the dark ATP.

EDIT: looking into driver patch notes this has been a known issue since 25.9.1, 8 months ago. i believe the driver is having issues loading the non rt render pipeline, whilst also being unable to load the PT render pipeline. simply go fuck yourself AMD. I appreciate all the suggestions but it appears all i can do is sit on my hands like a good litle boy or try linux.
