I started cutting and had only done one swipe before I started feeling sick. in just a few seconds I felt lightheaded, my vision was going black, and my ears were ringing. after a few minutes I felt better but still really sick. The cut wasn't deep or bad at all so I'm not sure why I reacted the way I did especially since it's never happened when I've cut before. Is it concerning at all and should I see a doctor?

some notes- I don't have a fear of blood, I'm fine with nosebleeds and other injuries. I'm typically fine with getting blood drawn and have only felt lightheaded once before. I have dysautonomia. I just recently got prescribed Wellbutrin.
