Last year I could run ads for my tour firm with 3 creatives per campaign (traffic) and it would do amazing.

Now having various different campaigns and different (new) creatives every month its doing much worse. Eventho I spend 50% more.

Any recommendations? Normally traffic campaigns work better in my industry than sales campaigns. Target campaigns on previous customers or engagement campaigns also seem to not do better than traffic campaigns.

How many creatives per ad? Should I test different adsets?
