My (male) roommate brought a girl into our dorm last night and they both got into his bed. I don’t know exactly what they were doing but they were moving around making wet noises and she was moaning. This made me really uncomfortable and I’m honestly shocked he would do this. I don’t feel comfortable talking to him about this so I looked at the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form but it didn’t list this as prohibited conduct (unless this is considered sexual assault?). Would filling out that form be the right thing to do?
