i’ve been an insurance for about a year now working at State Farm and have decided it’s time for me to become a little more independent.
i’ve heard so many things about different IMO’s, but decided FFL because one of my close friends has been there for a while and it’s being very transparent about how much she spends and how much he makes and it seems a little too good to be true.
I hear so much about chargebacks and how you don’t actually own your book of business and this and that and I just want a little bit more input before I decide to lock in on this just because it’s my close friend getting me in
i’ve done a little bit of research into other IMO’s such as unitrust and pinnacle and they all seem great. I really just want a few extra opinions before I decide to make this job any input would be helpful.
Also, how could I still leverage my property and casualty license as I’m only really knowledgeable on the captive carrier such as State Farm, Allstate, etc.
