Hey yall not sure who to ask but just need to know what yall think
So I’ve been a csa for a year now and at first I made a bunch of mistakes but I feel like I can do the general cashier stuff now. occasionally I ask question about photos since they never showed me or told me what to do, I can do passport pics tho Anyway when I first started I worked 2 days and then it dropped to one b/c I was busy one of those days. then I got more hours in the summer and holiday season and then back to one day after that, then I requested some Sundays off and then they were like one day a week isn’t enough and that I have to do two days so for the past few weeks I’ve been working both sat and sun, and that’s fine, my availabllity was always fri-sun, and then I thought maybe from now on I’ll get 2 days a week which I was happy about. I checked this weeks schedule and and I’m doing only one day for this week and the coming weeks, what should I make of this? Do they hate me for the mistakes I’ve made and r they trying to get me to quit
To be honest I haven’t been the best at the job, and i did fall for a coupon scam and the store lost $ 50 and I felt rlly bad about this and apologized and they said im getting a final warning - but they didn’t seem very mad about this so I thought I was in the clear, and after this was when they said I should be working more than one day, so I’m just confused. I also want to add they hired a new person who’s getting 2-3 days around weekend time who sometimes gets the shift I go,
