Does anybody feel that these AI interviews are way out of control and that they are just getting data from millions of users all over the globe? The way the AI engines paraphrase our answers is insane! At least, they make me feel stupid that I didn't use the exact same vocabulary the AI engine used. It makes me feel ignorant and not so senior as I thought. I think this kind of new hirings suck big time. How do you feel about this "new" way of hiring experts? I would really like to know your POV on this matter. Thanks for reading me.
