I currently work at a payroll company in the SMB space & have been here for 4 years. First, I sold for two years and have led an SMB for the last two. I have been applying for roles at Cisco, mainly AE Roles (Splunk) & haven't even gotten an interview. What are some things I can do to strengthen the chances of getting to the next step(s)?
