I cannot emphasize this enough, PLEASE DO THEM!!! Some professors need reality to hit them for their incompetence and inability to properly teach or make effective use of class sessions.

Your college department reviews them. From a COB student perspective, we had a 1 star rated HRM instructor on RMP with legitimate student views who has not been called back to teach any electives. Yes, it happens. Be reasonable, write what you mean, and let your voice be heard.
