Help me decide pleasee. Im lost
Im currently job hunting. I love my current job, hyrid, good boss, but the pay is not giving in this economy + 7.2% inflation.
I wanted a 30% raise from all i've earned last year. My current company gives up to 14th month pay + perf bonus that is 1x+ of your salary. My fixed annual is 850,000 + 88,000 bonus. Divide that by 13, I earn 70k/monthly technically.
I've been asking 90k but receiving offers at 80,000(usually they only have 13th month)
I dont feel like leaving my comfort zone for 80k.
Can u give advice pleasee. Should I accept the 80k/be firm with my asking of 90k/stay with my current company?
Im a fund accountant, an ic manager in an intl bank. 8 yrs woe. I had a good perf last year, hence the big bonus.
