Who did you use? What were the rates? Some of the max interest hitting 18 percent scares me, but for our situation where we don’t know exactly how quickly our home improvement projects will go or just how much we need and we can’t afford an initial 1-200k loan immediately the 10 yr draw period could be beneficial. I’m trying to look around at credit unions and found one with an intro 4.75 percent with an 8 percent max but then found out they make you pay principal up front and closing costs. Every time I feel like I’m getting somewhere there’s some sort of catch.

If you had a good experience or recently found a good rate please share where. Thank you!

Edit - located in MA, home value 570k, remaining balance 118,000. Credit score range 800-850

That show sucks. It will never be the office. St Dennis and stumble were really making me laugh in a time I needed it. Canceling this was a horrible decision. But thank God we are keeping horrible shows airing…

30 YO Female 5’ 3” 110lbs no medications.

Other medical conditions - Vasculogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Vascular Eagles Syndrome. Lots of upper extremity nerve and vascular symptoms and dysfunction as these have been diagnosed but not yet resolved with surgery. migraine history, visual disturbances, and Pulsatile Tinnitus. Potential rupture of left EPB with no trauma (possibly TOS related)

History of syncope and palpitations.

I have noticed a spot on my left toe that has come out of nowhere. I am positive I did not hit the area or wear tight shoes. I haven’t been doing much of anything due to my other symptoms. I am not currently working either and overall haven’t been moving as much as I should.

The darker photo is from today and the lighter mark I will include in the comments is from last night. It is getting worse rather quickly. There is a spot that looks like a darker dot more toward the center that’s hard to capture on camera. I have never had any marks here. I did suspect toenail fungus from a nail salon that I’ve not been able to treat because my primary kept telling me to put nail polish over it because the pill is bad for you. (Getting a new primary, but this issue had fallen lower on the list given everything else I have going on)

What could this be? It’s concerning to me how quickly it came on and that it’s getting darker. Should I have someone check it, and if so, what specialty would do that? What could it be?

Thank you

Sora is a 5.5 year old American bully who has a severe uterine infection. I keep trying to add photos but it won’t allow me to. Everything is on the link provided though. Goal is 6000 to cover the remaining bill for her care. She may need to stay in the hospital longer. Thank you so much
