Hello! A week ago I finally got my first bigger/colorful piece, so the healing is obviously behaving slightly different from my other non-fineline, almost solely black, smaller tattoos.
It doesn't hurt unless provoked and seems to be healing fine, but I have a simple practical question I don't feel like bothering my artist with:
If the dead skin is just sitting on top of the ink, is it ok to gently take it off with neutral soap and water?
I'll put a picture of the tattoo fresh and now after a week (artist: @gayagatto on instagram, based in a studio in Florence, Italy)
