CD 15

So this is my first medicated unmonitored cycle on Letrozole 2.5 mg which I took from CD 2-6.I have an AMH of 7,PCO morphology,tubes are patent.My question is why am I getting such low readings on the opks?Should I continue testing?Is there someone who had the same issue but got positive opk later in their cycle? Please share your experiences.

PCO Morphology with an AMH of 7(other hormones normal).Doctor started Letrozole 2.5 mg which I took for CD 2-6.On CD 8 had period like cramps from hip to legs and today ie CD 9,I am having severe dizziness.Is there anyone with the same issue and when did you get positive opk?What is the reason?Is there anyone who never got positive opk but got it on Letrozole?

(Don't know whether I ovulate or not,period are mostly regular)
